Privacy policy

A. Buyer and investor inquiries

When you send an inquiry about a development or a unit, we collect your full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, the unit you selected and your message. Your inquiry goes only to the sales desk of the verified developer that owns the listing. We never resell it to third-party lead brokers.

B. Developer and agency accounts

For developers, brokerages and agents, we collect sign-in details (email and password, magic link, SMS code or Google sign-in), organisation profile details, and the company records we need to verify the organisation. No project is shown publicly until the organisation is verified and has chosen to publish it.

C. Studio media and 3D tours

Uploaded photography, source videos, 3D scene files and generated videos are stored separately for each organisation. Anything you upload to your private studio library stays private to your organisation and is never shown on public pages or developer profiles unless you attach it to a published project yourself. All generated media is labelled “AI-generated” or “Virtually staged”.

D. Credit pack payments

Credit pack purchases (in USD, AED or SAR) are processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We never store card numbers. We keep only your Stripe customer ID, checkout references, and a permanent credit ledger that records credits granted, reserved, used and automatically refunded when a job fails.

We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). At any time you can:

• access your data and get a copy of it;
• correct data that is wrong;
• restrict processing or withdraw your consent;
• ask us to permanently erase your data.

In return, we commit to the following:

• Buyer inquiries and account data are permanently deleted on a verified request.
• Private developer media is never sold or used to train third-party public models.

To delete your account, a linked Google sign-in, or an inquiry you sent, follow the steps on the data deletion page. You don’t need to sign in to delete an inquiry.
